Nuestro cliente solicitaba oferta para la fabricación de 2 transformadores con posibilidades de intercambiar sus sistemas de refrigeración de OFWF a OFAF.
La situación de la instalación en el momento del pedido era la de una sala subterránea con la única posibilidad de refrigerar el transformador mediante sistema OFWF. A corto plazo, el cliente iba a realizar obras e iba a instalar el transformador a la intemperie. Este cambio de ubicación obligaba a pasar la refrigeración a modo OFAF.
Desde ALKARGO, en colaboración con nuestros proveedores, ideamos un sistema que permitiese realizar el cambio en un corto periodo de tiempo, asegurando la estanqueidad y sin tener que modificar los transformadores.
7 años después de su puesta en marcha, podemos decir orgullosos que los transformadores están en funcionamiento y el cliente totalmente satisfecho con el trabajo realizado por ALKARGO TRANSFORMERS.

Our customer asked us for the possibility of manufacturing 2 transformers with interchangeable cooling system from OFWF to OFAF.
At the time of the customer request, the installation condition was indoors, on underground room with OFWF cooling system as the only cooling possibility. In the short run, the client was going to modify the substation with the intention of installing the transformers outdoors. This change of location forced our costumer to change the cooling system to OFAF.
ALKARGO, in collaboration with our partners, came up with a solution that allowed the change between the two cooling systems in a short period of time, ensuring the tightness (hermetic seal) and without any modification of the transformers.
7 years after commissioning, we can proudly say the transformers are working properly and the customer is pleased with the work done by ALKARGO TRANSFORMERS.
